Welcome to the course!
My name is Tjaša Logar. My colleague Luis Ochoa Siguencia and I have developed this course for you. We are very excited that we can help you get to know blended learning and especially how to plan and construct blended learning course
The first sub-module is called “Needs analysis”, in which you will learn how to determine the learning needs of individuals or groups of learners and can be of great help when planning the training activities, materials, timelines and places adapted to the target group.
The second sub-module is called “Course design”, in which we will guide you on how to design a “Blended learning course” for adult learners.
The third sub-module is called “Implementation”, in which you will learn how to successfully implement a blended learning programme which requires coordinated and coherent planning. This includes thinking about and planning financial and technical resources, human resources, course scheduling, tutor and student support. Collaboration with teachers and ongoing evaluation is essential for the successful implementation of a blended learning programme.
The last, fourth sub-module is called “Evaluation” in which you will learn how to assess the programme, improve its effectiveness and inform about programme decisions.
